Description of Service | وصف الخدمة .1

Masar is a digital service (Chrome Extension) designed to help university students organize their academic schedules, view instructor ratings, and export schedules to Google Calendar. مسار هي خدمة رقمية (إضافة لمتصفح جوجل كروم) مصممة لمساعدة الطلاب الجامعيين في تنسيق جداولهم الدراسية، استعراض تقييمات المحاضرين، وتصدير الجداول لتقويم جوجل.

• Independence: Masar is an independent tool and is NOT officially affiliated with or endorsed by the university administration. الاستقلالية: إضافة "مسار" هي أداة مساعدة مستقلة وليست مرتبطة أو معتمدة من قبل إدارة الجامعة بشكل رسمي.
• User Responsibility: The extension's role is strictly limited to assisting in schedule planning. The student MUST complete the actual course registration process manually through the official university portal. مسؤولية الطالب: دور الإضافة يقتصر على المساعدة في (تنسيق وتخطيط) المواد. يجب على الطالب إتمام عملية (التسجيل الفعلي) بنفسه من خلال البوابة الرسمية للجامعة.
• No Liability: We are not responsible for any registration errors made by the student, exam time conflicts, or closed university sections. عدم تحمل المسؤولية: نحن لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أخطاء يقوم بها الطالب في التسجيل، أو تعارض أوقات الاختبارات، أو إغلاق الشعب الجامعية.

User Conduct & Reviews | سلوك المستخدم والتقييمات .3

When submitting instructor reviews or comments, you agree to use respectful language. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or delete any comment that contains profanity, hate speech, or violates our community standards, without prior notice. عند كتابة التقييمات أو التعليقات الخاصة بالمحاضرين، أنت توافق على التزام الأدب والاحترام. نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في مراقبة، تعديل، أو حذف أي تعليق يحتوي على ألفاظ نابية، إساءة، أو يخالف معايير المجتمع، وذلك دون إشعار مسبق.

Intellectual Property | حقوق الملكية الفكرية .4

All intellectual property rights for the extension's design, code, and content belong exclusively to the Masar development team. Reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of the extension without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية لتصميم الإضافة، الأكواد البرمجية، والمحتوى المعروض تعود بشكل حصري لفريق تطوير "مسار". يُمنع منعاً باتاً هندسة الإضافة عكسياً أو استغلالها تجارياً دون إذن خطي مسبق.
